This five-session in-person therapeutic series supports students in managing stress, anxiety and burnout through guided mindfulness exercises, reflective exercises and meaningful group discussions. You鈥檒l develop tools to build psychological flexibility, reduce mental agitation and reconnect with your personal values in a calm, welcoming space.
