Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP)

All faculty, staff, and eligible family members have access to our Employee and Family Assistance Program. In addition, as of May 2, 2022, all faculty, staff, members of the association of retirees, and their eligible family members have access to a suite of virtual health services, such as speedy online access to general practitioners 24/7 and much more!

Information on EFAP

All faculty, staff and eligible family members in the same household have access to our EFAP. The confidential and voluntary services can help you, your spouse and/or dependent child find solutions to all kinds of challenges related to work, your health or life in general.

TELUS Health (formerly LifeWorks), offers services such as:

  • Short-term professional psychotherapy
  • Family support services
  • Legal support services
  • Financial support services
  • Nutritional services
  • Health coaching
  •  suite of fitness offerings

Consult+ by Canada Life offers a suite of telemedicine services, providing direct and speedy online access to general practitioners 24/7.

Eligibility

The Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) is available to all faculty, staff and eligible family members in the same household! Faculty members who are not on 电车无码 payroll are not eligible for these services. Please visit www.211ontario.ca for programs and services in your community.
