Event Details

Guided by your breath, you鈥檒l use props like bands, balls and light weights to enhance activation and body awareness. Exercises are suitable for all levels, with modifications provided. Each class offers variety to keep you engaged while improving your technique, flexibility and overall conditioning.

No group fitness classes from Sunday October 12th to Saturday October 18th.
