The University of Ottawa guarantees provincial attestation letters for all applicants who accept their offer of admission and pay the admission deposit by the deadline indicated on the offer. Please note that deposits may take up to 14 days to process if the financial institution is outside Canada. Once we have received your payment, our Admissions Office will email you your attestation letter within approximately 3 working days.
If your application for a study permit is rejected, you must get a new provincial attestation letter from the University of Ottawa before you reapply. Please send an email to [email protected] requesting a new PAL and include proof of your study permit refusal in the email.
