What if you could make a real difference in a child’s life through teaching, right from home? Canadian Parents for French (CPF) is inviting you to become an online French tutor as part of their national pilot program! You’ll have the opportunity to virtually support children from across Canada in developing their French speaking, reading, and writing skills. With full training provided and just 1 to 2 hours per week starting in January 2025, you’ll have a direct impact on their confidence and progress in one of Canada’s official languages.

As a volunteer or placement student, you’ll gain hands-on experience across all services, with the flexibility to choose between half-day or full-day shifts. What better time than summer to enjoy gardens and outdoor times? Here comes the 2nd Annual Abbotsford Garden Tour on June 21st and you could contribute as a Garden Tour Support Volunteer. As a volunteer, you'll check participants tickets, guide guests and provide general support  through 17 stunning gardens across Old Ottawa East, Old Ottawa South, The Glebe, Alta Vista, and Hog’s Back. Be part of this colorful activity and participate to its success!
