Catalog #; Name (permission required)Description
LumiPure ECL chemiluminescent detection reagent offers very low background signal compared to commercially available alternatives.
ePEI is a chemically-enhanced version of PEI. This reagent is used to transfect mammalian cells.
This kit is used to join two or more DNA fragments using short overlapping regions at the ends of each fragment. Useful in cloning, it replaces commercially available joining mixes.
This kit is used to detect mycoplasma by PCR with low hands-on time. It鈥檚 able to detect mycoplasma with as little as 2ul of cell culture media

Neucleofection is a preferred method to perform mammalian cell transfection for cells that are hard to transfect using traditional methods.

These buffers can be used as a substitution for commercial nucleofection buffers. They are compatible with Neucleofector 1 or 2B but not 4D.

The following 7 Nucleofector 2B programs are suggested: A-020, T-020, T-030, X-001, X-005, L-029 and D-023.
