The three-day event (September 25-27) will bring together 33 international guests, a great many from Ukraine. The Seminar remains the largest annual in-person academic conference on Ukraine outside of Ukraine.

The Seminar will feature a new documentary on Zelensky (France, 2025), with the co-director in attendance, as well five new books, four of them related to the war.

Topics addressed in presentations will range from the prospects for peace, war crimes, Russian occupation, the war since 2014, regional cleavages in history, war and trauma, caring in war, civilian activism and the war and the environment.
