Biography

Dr. Grudzinski graduated from Western University in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science in medical sciences. She earned her medical degree from Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia, in 2019. She completed her residency in Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine at the University of Ottawa in 2024. During her residency, she concurrently obtained a Masters of Public Health in Clinical Effectiveness from Harvard University. She completed her fellowship in Cardiac Anesthesiology at the Ottawa Heart Institute in 2025 with a clinical focus on interventional and structural echocardiography. She joined the Ottawa Heart Institute鈥檚 Division of Cardiac Anesthesiology in 2025 and is a member of the Heart Institute鈥檚 structural heart team.

Dr. Grudzinski鈥檚 research interests include perioperative frailty, prehabilitation, prediction modeling, and quality improvement. She was nationally recognized with the Canadian Anesthesiologists' Society Residents鈥 Research Grant in 2021.
