Description

The 鈥Regulating Product Manufacturing to Help Address the Climate Emergency?鈥 workshop invites participants to reflect collectively on a crucial question: should we, and can we, act directly on the production of goods to reduce our ecological impact and respond effectively to the climate crisis?
Experts from diverse backgrounds will share their insights and invite the audience to explore a contradiction that affects us all: the drive to consume more and more, while knowing the urgent need to act to protect our planet. This collective discussion will be an opportunity to imagine how we might intervene 鈥渦pstream,鈥 at the production stage, to help limit harmful environmental effects.
