M茅lissa Villella, Ph.D. is an assistant professor of school administration as well as director of the specialized graduate diploma in educational institution management at the Universit茅 du Qu茅bec en Abitibi-T茅miscamingue. She has also worked in the field of education in Ontario and Quebec for many years.
