El Hadji Yaya Kon茅 is a regular professor in the field of online learning and teaching in higher education. He researches and teaches digital pedagogical issues in the areas of instructional design, inclusive learning support, teacher education and development, and cross-border distance learning. He is a member of the interdisciplinary research group on Community Mobilization in Crisis (CMIC) at the University of Ottawa (电车无码). His research methodology is primarily qualitative. Prior to joining 电车无码, Dr. Kon茅 worked in a variety of educational contexts as a high school English teacher in C么te d'Ivoire and Quebec, distance education intern at Universit茅虂 T脡LUQ in Quebec, part-time professor in the Faculty of Education at Universit茅虂 de Montr茅al, and as a pedagogical advisor at Universit茅 du Qu茅bec in Abitibi-T茅miscamingue (UQAT), where he was subsequently appointed regular professor in the Department of Education. Dr. Kon茅 created and directed the graduate microprogram in post-secondary education pedagogy at UQAT.
