Get a 电车无码 student card

Your 电车无码 student card is automatically issued or renewed once you鈥檙e accepted in a program, have enrolled in courses and have submitted a photo. Learn how to get your first card or replace a card.

You use the same student card throughout your studies. You may need to replace it if it's lost, damaged, or if you鈥檙e upgrading to the newest version.

New students: Submit your photo for your initial card and wait for an email confirmation

Provide a photo for the card (initial card only)

Once you鈥檙e accepted in a program and have enrolled in courses, submit a photo to create your student card. We require a photo only to initially issue your 电车无码 student card. You鈥檒l use the same card throughout your studies.

Don鈥檛 discard your card as you鈥檒l need it in the future. A fee applies for issuing a replacement card.

Wait to receive the email confirmation

Please wait to receive the email letting you know that your 电车无码 card was printed and is ready to be picked up.

To pick up your card, you must provide valid government-issued identification.

Credit cards and other forms of ID are not accepted.

If you鈥檙e a new student, you鈥檒l need to request your first card by submitting your photo online.

How and where to get your card

Important notice

  • The schedule may change based on operational needs.

  • Closing time refers to when the service closes, not the time you arrive; plan to arrive a bit earlier.

  • We recommend coming in the morning, as it is usually less busy.

Online 电车无码 card photo

To submit the mandatory photo for your initial card online, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Be requesting your first 电车无码 card. Students who鈥檝e previously had a card can鈥檛 submit their photo online.
  • Be a newly admitted 电车无码 student.
  • Have a 电车无码 student number and 电车无码 email address.
  • Be enrolled in at least one course.
  • Have access to a digital camera to take a photo.

If you meet all the criteria, .

  1. Log in using the same username and password credentials as for the uoZone portal (uoAccess ID and password).
  2. When logged in, agree to the Privacy Policy.
  3. You鈥檒l be prompted, for verification purposes, to photograph and upload a copy of government-issued ID.
  4. Once your ID is submitted, select Add Photo to add the profile photo for your card.
  5. You鈥檒l be prompted to take a picture or upload a clear photo.

Photo requirements

Ensure you meet the requirements. Otherwise, your photo will be rejected and you鈥檒l have to submit a new one, causing delays in obtaining your student card. Photo requirements mirror those of passport photo submissions.

  • The bottom edge of the photo should be at shoulder height.
  • Look straight into the camera. Your face should be in the centre of the photo, both horizontally and vertically.
  • The picture should be clear, in colour and of good quality. No filters.
  • You must be the only person in the photo.
  • You must not be wearing a graduation cap, gown or costume.
  • The background should be plain white or light gray.
  • Nothing should be touching your face, including your hands.
  • You can wear tinted prescription glasses so long as your eyes are clearly visible.
  • No sunglasses or headgear can be worn.
  • All religious head coverings must allow for your full face to be visible.
  • Your photo must be current (taken in the last six months).

In-person photo for the 电车无码 student card

If you can鈥檛 submit a photo online, contact the 电车无码 Card Service. For in-person photos, you can鈥檛 wear a hat or sunglasses. You can wear tinted prescription glasses so long as your eyes are clearly visible.

Women who wear a veil that partially hides their face can contact InfoService to arrange to be photographed without their veil by a female employee before InfoService opens at 9 a.m.

Replace a lost, stolen or damaged student card

If you don鈥檛 need to use a lost card immediately, wait a few days prior to submitting a replacement request, in case your card is found. You can deactivate a lost card to prevent any funds being used and, if found, you can reactivate it.

If your lost card is returned to the 电车无码 Card Service team, you鈥檒l be contacted via email. Contact 电车无码 Protection Servicesto see if your card has been returned to the lost and found office.

To obtain a new card, . A $42 replacement fee applies, and your old card will be fully deactivated, meaning you won鈥檛 be able to reactivate it.

If you鈥檝e previously obtained a student card and need a replacement due to a legal name change, present two pieces of ID from the list and get your new card in person at InfoService in Tabaret Hall (TBT).

If your card isn鈥檛 working, bring it to the 电车无码 Card Service. If the card has been damaged, rendering the smart card defective, you must pay the non-refundable $42 replacement fee and the service will retain the non-working card to issue the replacement.

If you find a lost card, return it to the 电车无码 Card Service.
