Student Wellness has planned this event to recognize how important it is to take care of your mental health. Celebrate World Mental Health Day by taking time out for activities designed to support your mental well-being.
Chat with the Student Health and Wellness Centre鈥檚 psychotherapy and mental health services team鈥
Attend an Art for the Heart bracelet-making workshop and drop by our colouring station.
