In this interactive 4-hour workshop, you鈥檒l level up your professional communication skills鈥攖he ones employers say matter most. Learn how to send clear, professional messages on email and chat, use tone and body language to make the right impression (online and in person), and build strong working relationships. Through real-world examples and hands-on practice, you鈥檒l gain the confidence to communicate like a pro and succeed in any workplace.

Jess Jennings is a certified Learning and Development Specialist with expertise in career development and coaching for students and recent graduates. She has taught at both the university and college levels and has delivered workshops on career readiness, professionalism, and success in the workplace. Throughout her career, Jess has collaborated with recruitment teams, hiring managers, and leaders across the public and private sectors, gaining deep insight into what employers value when making hiring decisions.
