Our team is your one-stop-shop and can provide assistance with all your needs. Group bookings of accommodation, meals and/or other services must be made at least 30 days prior to the check-in date. Check out our residences.

A group booking must include one of the following criteria to qualify for group rates and/or coordination services from �糵����: 

• Booking of 10 units or more
• Long-term stay of 30+ consecutive nights
• Group meals on campus in the Dining Hall or the catering service
• Booking of additional services (meeting spaces, room rental, etc.) 

Reservation Options 

Two options are available for group reservations: 

Option 1 - Master account 

This option allows the group organizer to reserve a selected number of guestrooms for specific dates, at a negotiated rate. All charges are billed on one master account. 60-day full cancellation and a 25% deposit to guarantee the reservation. A rooming list must be completed. 

Option 2 - Promotional code 

A limited number of guestrooms is held for the group until a 45-day cut-off date. Guests are individually responsible for making their own reservation and payment using our and a group promotional code. 48-hour cancellation. This option does not include rooming list management. Conditions apply. 

Parking 

Parking on campus for vehicles is available, but limited, on a first come-first-serve basis. For more information, please visit parking at �糵����.  

There is no parking for buses. If your group is traveling by motorcoach, the company you are traveling with is probably well aware of bus parking options in downtown Ottawa. We strongly suggest that arrangements be made prior to your arrival on campus. Please visit the City of Ottawa for more information.

Luggage storage

Luggage storage can be provided should the group be arriving prior to the check in time (4:00 PM) or leaving after the checkout time (10:30 AM). This service must be coordinated before arrival (fees may apply).
