During a 35-year career with the Government of Canada that began in 1975, Andr茅 Juneau primarily focused on intergovernmental relations, social policy, and governance. He held two deputy minister-level positions: Deputy Secretary to the Cabinet for Operations and Deputy Minister of Infrastructure. He served on several public sector boards of directors, including two international ones. He led a research center on intergovernmental relations at Queen鈥檚 University. He was also the interim CEO of a federal Crown corporation, the Windsor-Detroit Bridge Authority.
He holds a degree in political science from the University of Ottawa and a master鈥檚 degree in urban affairs and policy analysis from the New School for Social Research in New York.
