Franco-Ontarian pattern

“Parlez-moi de l’Ontario français”

A French podcast bringing academics and the Franco-Ontarian community together.

Launched in September 2025, the Parlez-moi de l’Ontario français podcast series highlights the vitality of the Francophone community in Ontario through lively exchanges between researchers and community workers.

Each episode brings together two complementary voices:

  • a researcher sharing the findings of work dealing with French Ontario in all its diversity
  • a community actor who responds to these ideas in terms of the reality on the ground

This approach will allow historical, cultural, linguistic and sociopolitical issues to be explored, while bridging the gap between academic knowledge and lived experience.
