Vendor Health, Safety, and Environmental Requirements

This document outlines the University鈥檚 expectations for how vendors and service providers must manage health, safety, and environmental risks when working on University property, from pre-work planning and documentation, hazard identification and control and emergency preparedness, to site signage, waste management, and respectful conduct on campus.

What you need to do as a vendor

The following steps are part of a University-wide initiative to ensure that everyone working on our campuses meets consistent health, safety, and environmental standards.

  1. Review the Vendor Health and Safety Requirements carefully.
  2. Complete and return the Vendor Acknowledgement Form by email to Procurement at [email protected].
  3. After the Vendor Acknowledgement Form is received, your University of Ottawa contact will follow up with you to complete the  Vendor Contract Specific Health & Safety Information Form, which must also be submitted before starting any work on University property.

If you have any questions about the requirements or the forms, please reach out to your 电车无码 project contact or our Procurement team directly.
